If you have a dog with aggression during grooming, you absolutely must notify me prior to booking and put your dog on a 4 week schedule so I can do my best to try to get your baby used to the process and tolerate it better. Depending on the severity of issues, a fee will be applied as i tend to spend extra time with your dog in these cases.

This for my safety and also, for your dogs. If your pet doesn't show any improvement over the course of 4 appointments, i will refer you to a vet.

ABSOLUTELY! We recommend rebooking multiple to get the timeslots you want. This is highly encouraged for those who prefer first, last, Saturday and express cage free appointments.

Please notify me at least 48 hours in advance if you have to cancel or reschedule. Otherwise there will be a cancellation fee of 50% added to your next appointment. No call No shows are subjected to not being rescheduled or being charged 100% of the appointment. In the case of emergencies, the fee will be waived.

Please be on time to your appointments. Lateness beyond 15 minutes must be rescheduled and will be charged a fee.

We take all major credit cards and cash. If you wish to write a check, please include the 6.625% NJ sales tax. Returned checks will be charged an additional $30.
